Shipping Policy

 

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience high volume or holiday delays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery during these periods.

Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7-10 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your shipment. You can track your order on the courier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship to [list of countries or regions you ship to]. We do not offer international shipping to every country, but we are working on expanding our delivery network.

Customs and Duties
Please note that any customs fees, import taxes, or duties incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by your local customs office and cannot be predicted or controlled by us.

Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or inability to deliver, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping costs.

Missing or Damaged Items
If you believe your order has been lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package so we can assist you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided.

Change of Address
Once your order is processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. Please double-check your address before completing your order to avoid any issues.
