Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy
Returns and Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their product(s). Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used.
Please Note:

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale and promotional items are excluded from this policy but remain subject to our regular return/exchange conditions.
Cancellations
We accept order cancellations only before the product is processed for shipping. If your order is cancelled at this stage, you will receive a full refund.
Once the product has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel the order.
Return/Exchange Conditions

All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags still attached.

Items should be returned with their original packaging and in one package.

Return/exchange shipments must be made using the same delivery service as the original shipment.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted from the country to which the order was shipped. For example, orders shipped to the US must be returned from the US.

Customised items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Hygiene items (e.g., underwear, certain jewellery, make-up, skincare products) cannot be returned for safety reasons. Swimwear can only be returned if the sanitary liner is intact.

Faulty items can be returned for a full refund or exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if the product shows signs of use, wear, or alteration. If we propose to reject your return/exchange, you may request that the product be sent back to you at your expense.
How to Return an Item or an Entire Order

Contact our Customer Service Team to initiate the return process. Please provide the following information:

Order number

Proof of purchase

Photos or video of the faulty product (if applicable)

Prepare Your Return:

Place the items and your receipt back in the original packaging.

Complete all three copies of the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form and insert them in a transparent envelope, attaching it securely to the package. These documents are required for customs clearance.

Return the Package:

Deliver the package to the courier. After the courier checks the return shipment, securely seal the package.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for returns.
Once we receive your return, please allow 7-14 business days (depending on peak periods) for processing. If your return does not meet the conditions stated above, the package will be sent back to you at your expense. Once your return is accepted, a confirmation email will be sent, and the refund will be processed.
